I am very satisfied with the way I was looked after today on ward12a by the staff,very caring and considerate. The time waiting was minimul & after my small opp I was monitored well. I was nervous when I got there as it was my first opp but the nurses talked & chatted & made me feel at ease.

We were very pleased to read that the staff were kind and considerate to you and made you feel at ease. We were particularly pleased to read that your wait was minimal before your procedure as we have been working over the last 6 months to try and reduce waiting times and improve communication surrounding any delays.

It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work of our staff.
