I have seen A&E/ resus from both sides, as a patient and a visitor ( carer). I find the nurses work well with the facilities they have and work well under the pressures of A&E. I find all the nurses and student nurses are fantastic however one in particular has stood out as I find her attitude positive, supportive and communicates really well as a carer for people with dementia I find this is important.
