HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT? Made a formal complaint 2 months ago about a data breach and despite chasing, have received no reference number, no idea of when i can expect a response - if ever, and no name of who is dealing with the complaint. This is not the first time the hospital has failed to respond to a complaint. How do they get away with such a total lack of accountability? A regular company would never be able to get away with such unprofessional behaviour. I'm profoundly disturbed by the way they just ignore justified concerns about serious failures. And there's nothing you can do when they don't respond; you can't go to PHSO until they respond; perhaps that's why they just ignore complaints? I think they just throw complaints straight in the bin. I wanted to write to the chief exec; but apparently they don't have one. No wonder they have such serious structural problems. I'm frankly amazed the authorities are not investigating.
