"A big big thank you for everything"

About: City Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as a relative),

We had a rotten day, my wife had low blood sugar and suffered a grand mal seizure as well.  

I want to put on record my thanks to Dr Abbas, Rebecca, Zoe & Dr Freeman for everything they have done, they have all been magnificent and truly deserve some form of recognition for what they have done to help us THANK YOU

There were not enough seats and the seats there were very uncomfortable.

Im afraid not, she is still in, and on a Ward, not so well managed as the fantastic Team lead.

Would it be possible to ensure gets the recognition she deserves for a job well done, she will always have our Gratitude, nothing was too much trouble, and she never stopped smiling all day
