Dear NHS Colleagues,
We write on behalf and at the request of my sister who, having been sent by her GP to A & E for a scan at Pembury on Friday, 04 May, was admitted to Ward 10 as an inpatient, where she remained for the following week before being discharged on Friday 11 May, pending further scans as an outpatient on Monday, 14 May.
The care that my sister received during her stay in hospital was absolutely First Class, indeed, to describe it as "Second to none", would not be an exaggeration. She is therefore most anxious that all members of staff involved in her care, whether clinical or ancillary should be congratulated on the exemplary discharge of their duties and thus be the recipients of her sincere Thanks.
My sister feels that her treatment by all concerned merits the highest degree of praise, it being an absolute credit to the NHS and would be most grateful if these words of appreciation could, if at all possible, be relayed to all those concerned.
This then on behalf of my sister with her Kindest Regards, and our Best Wishes,
"Positive Feedback and Sincere Thanks to all Staff"
