About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

My son was diagnosed with kidney disease at the age if 18 months, he is now almost 18 and will soon transfer to Adult services.

I would like to thank the team at Nottingham who have been a fantastic support over the years.

As a parent its been a long and bumpy journey, with my sons results going up and down.

The care my son Jacob M has received has been 2nd to none.

Thank you again to those I have mentioned.
