What I liked

my partner was rushed in to a& e and was treated very quickly, All the staff at a&e was fantasic and very caring. my partner was then moved to amu, the staff seem busy and more intrested in talking about there weekend on the town then on the patients, My partner asked two different memebers of staff to phone me and this was not done and then got moved to ward 51 and i was not informed and only 1 memner of staff stood out for me, what a fantasic nurse, very friendly and good at her job as a nurse.

All i will say is that my partner has been back and to to doctors and the countess for the past 3years and he is now in the HDU- my partner is just being pushed around and nothing is being done to help him due to funding, his 2 consulants seem more than happy to fight and argue about his treatment and what is needed, his 3 operation's have been canncelled due to this- This is someone's life and they are playing with it! i just hope my partner comes home soon so we can lauch a complaint into the countess and his doctors for neglagence

What could be improved

The staff need to be less rude and more caring, they appear to not want to be there. its the attuide like we get paid but we dont want to be here.
