"Mixed Feelings"

I have been in Mardon Rehabilitation Centre twice. The first time I was in I was under my Consultant I saw him every week and felt that he was very much involved in my treatment plan. My diagnosis has always been something that the Doctors and Consultations have seemed to had trouble agreeing on. I have gone from having Multiple Scerosis to Fibromyalgia to the Consultant's diagnosis of Neuro Myotonia. I lost all ability to walk or stand my memory has badly been effected but I have always felt like because they can’t get to the bottom of it that they almost don’t care and dismiss me. This my family felt was confirmed after my specialist nurse fought to get me back into Mardon 3 years after my first visit and I was in there for just 4 weeks the staff didn’t seem to know why I was there and after my 4 weeks which I made little to no progress not seeing the Consultant my Neurologist until I was leaving then he came up with a plan to wean me off one medication I had been on for a long time and start me on something new and see if there was improvement next time I saw him. I noticed that I hadn’t had an appointment from him and I had had a particularly bad spell with my Neuro Myotonia so my GP felt I needed to see him and as an appointment had not come through she wrote requesting one. To be told the Consultant had discharged me without telling me or my GP and not like I’d been cured. My GP and Specialit Nurse both on several occasions tried to contact him for an appointment for me and both were dwelly ignored with No explanation at all. I had a lot of faith in him before this but for a so called professional Doctor to leave me who I’m still paralysed from my waist down without a Neurologist just is beyond belief and not to give other professionals my GP and Nurse any answers to why I just feel is disgusting. He was a man that I and my Family believed in and he threw me away like a piece of rubbish. Not even passing me on to another Neurologist just discharged me. Well if these reviews ever get back to the people they should which I’m sure they don’t do. I'm still not better I am still Paralysed from my waist down
