From the moment I arrived, the warmth & friendliness came across straight away.
I had a small procedure done, everything was explained thoroughly & I was given the opportunity to ask any questions.
Afterwards, I was given coffee & biscuits & was told to take my time before going home.
Someone then came to see me & explain my aftercare. Truly amazing.
