What I liked

I cannot believe the negative comments made about Bispham. NHS: Let me assure you, the Unit is the finest facility that I have ever stayed in. The Staff and HCAs could not do enough for me. The entire aspect, atmosphere. and methods of operation within the establishment met all aspects of the criteria, and thus could not be faulted at all. I had a very happy 28 days there, and became friends with all of the staff, including the Sisters and Matron. i had a lump in my throat on discharge day! Robert Brown, Blackpool. I am delighted that you received a high quality service; it is something that we always strive to achieve. I will of course convey your very special message of thanks to all the staff concerned.
