Going through the triage system is normal for any surgery I have got used to it, but having to wait to get a call back week later seems too long, then another week wait to get an appointment is too long. Some of the staff can be patronising however there are some staff here that are great - one particular doctor is great and has sent me for tests I needed, and also one particular nurse is good and thorough.
