I have been very impressed with the speed of appointments and my operation since being referred to the treatment centre in March. All staff have been professional , helpful and welcoming and showed kindnesses and care throughout the treatment. My operation went smoothly and the overnight stay was good in very comfortable surroundings. Very clean and good nursing care. I was given verbal instructions about what to do post op but would have liked a fact sheet to instruct me on aftercare following prolapse surgery.

I was sent home with good pain management drugs and have continued to recover at home with the care of my family.
