"Care was good"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

I recently stayed in ward 26 care was good nurses friendly and attentive despite being run off their feet good was fine with plenty of choice I was kept in for four days and couldn't fault the care the only thing Ithink needs changing is the discharge procedures they say there is a shortage of beds but I saw people being told at 10 am they could go home and they where still sat there at 4 pm waiting for medication therefore no one else could be admitted to that bed I was told I could go home and waited for medication so long that I want home without it and my husband went back later to pick it up I do feel the discharge procedures needs to be looked at as it is very disorganised
