"Out of hours GP and Minor injury A&E"

I visited the Out of hours GP after being referred by NHS Direct; I was seen promptly and the GP went out of his way to provide a great and efficient consultation and to promptly refer me to the Minor Injuries Unit, as I needed further treatment. The staff at the Minor injuries unit were absolutely fantastic, they dealt with my injured foot quickly, efficiently and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In an evening where the A&E department was extremely busy, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast, efficient and professional everyone was. Overall an excellent service.
