What I liked

From the minute I walked onto Ward 4C to the minute I left I was treated with care, compassion, respect and professionalism. I cannot thank the medical team enough for the care they gave me. I was very nervous of my operation - never being in hospital before - but I was put at my ease and looked after and cared for so well I cannot find any fault at all. Thank you all once again.

Please can you pass on my thanks to all the staff on Ward 4C, my Consultant, my Anaesthetist who instilled in me so much confidence that I would be ok and did not make me feel silly when I explained how nervous I was, the gentleman who took me down to theatre, the theatre staff, the ladies who kept the ward so clean, the nursing staff - everyone was just so marvellous. I am recovering well and my care is continuing with my family looking after me to make sure I am behaving!!!
