"complaints procedure not fit for purpose"

About: Kettering General Hospital / General surgery

Numerous places on this website say to tell them about any problems - well

I made a complaint several months ago and despite repeated requests nothing is happening.

There appears to be no concern whatever about the seriouis issues I have raised and no indication that anything is going to be done.

The NHS constitution and official guidance clearly state basic rules on how complaints should be handled - KGH have managed to flout nearly every one.

They are supposed to keep you informed - instead they can't even be bothered to answer emails.

Appalling lack of standards.
