What I liked
The receptionist at check-in was very friendly. I attended a first appointment at the out patient clinic & was warned of a wait of approx 35 minutes, which was very helpful. I was seen at exactly that time. The doctor gave me time to talk & was very reassuring, answering my questions thoroughly & putting me at my ease. He explained clearly the next steps & agreed to arrange tests at Watford, which is where I live. The receptionist was polite & helpful in arranging a follow-up appointment. I found the whole process very relaxed & the department efficiently run.
What could be improved
Nothing on this occasion.
