"Great help in a difficult situation"

Today I telephoned patients transport to check on the time for them to transport to the Corbett the time they had documented was two hours later than was needed they would not change the time and said as the hospital had booked it they would have to change it. In a panic I contacted the hospital and spoke to the person who had made the arrangements and she communicated with west Midland ambulance service. They couldn't pick me up at the original time arranged so alternative arrangements were made with the area I had got to attend so eliminated a lot of anxiety. I could not have wished for better help. Everyone was so helpful.
