"Excellent A & E visit"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited the A & E department for my injured foot on 17th May.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was sent for an X-ray the lady who took the X-rays was really lovely.

I then went back to A & E and had barely sat down when i was called through.

Staff again were lovely.

My whole visit lasted less than 2 hours.

No complaints at all.

Although we cannot always guarantee a time frame due to the nature of the department; the staff do continually work hard to ensure that the service is running as effectively as possible, and aim to see patients in a timely manner.
