Called up to trace my appointment as I didn't hear anything for weeks and due to being in alot of pain wanted to know if my appointment had been booked. The receptionist that I spoke to was very rude and gave the impression that I was bothering her. Now I dread going to this hospital for further care if this is the way staff treat their patients!
