"Excellent care"

Came into today into the endoscopy unit and as you can imagine was very nervous. Being a younger woman I felt very awkward but from the moment the member of staff came to get me I was at complete ease. He was an absolute pleasure to be around and helped me and my partner feel very comfortable. He checked on me throughout and was quick to get me sorted and discharged after without feeling rushed or pressured. The team doing the actual procedure were amazing and very good at what they do. Overall everyone made it a calm and relaxed experience but the member of staff is definitely a credit to your hospital. Thank you for looking after me.
