Today my husband had apt with the GP.
We were informed by reception GP was running quite late. I appreciated being told at the beginning. My husband has had a brain injury and the kind receptionist got him a chair so he could sit outside the waiting room which was crowded.
When we were eventually called in the GP apologised for delay and carefully listened to all my husbands concerns. She was so kind and caring and done all the necessary referrals. The last few months have been really stressful but the surgery has been a huge support. Their kindness has been very much appreciated by me and my husband. Thankyou
