"A great range of services"

No organisation is perfect and reviewers should consider this. My experience of this practise and all its sites is exceedingly positive. The team around the doctors are always polite, professional and efficient. The doctors are knowledgable and also willing to consult each other when something fits another’s area of expertise. My entire extended family has had very good service at all times and when a mistake has been made it has been acknowledged immediately. I have always been treated with respect mixed with a professional friendliness that comes from a culture built up over time. I am particularly impressed the range of services that the practise has included across the three sites. This means that those who are elderly, disabled and have children are less likely to need to have to go to Harrogate for non urgent services. This is a sign of a practise that really gets its roots in a rural community. As for cleanliness, the sites all seem very clean and well maintained to me.
