The Old Vicarage is a lovely old building and very well kept. The admin team are mostly unapproachable and often make me feel as though I should not be there bothering them. This is not to say all of the admin team, occasionally you may stumble across a member who has got manners and is willing to assist you.
It is difficult living with mental health, therefore you would think that the staff would be a little more sympathetic to your issues.
The Drs are a god send, they always show you respect.
In my opinion I feel that certain members of the admin team need training in mental health patient care.
