I really appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback - its important that we know what you think we are doing well, and what we're not.

It's great to see that you are happy with the staff and that you feel the patient call buzzers are answered quickly. These are both good indicators that we are doing well, the ward team will be pleased to hear that.

It's always nice to get positive feedback - it's great for our morale and keeps us focussed!
