this hospital is disgusting! my 93 year old aunty is in their, she had a urine infection and is blind, she also has cancer, however she is fully with it but they seem to not care cause of her age, they didnt no she was blind, they refused her oxygen and told her to "wait" but were having a lovely convo outside laughing, my auntie need a wee so we asked a nurse for a comodo and waited and waited then asked again and was told "wait just let her wee and then we will change the pad underneath her when we get time" but then again was out side just chatting, her pills were put in front of her on the table but she cant seem them so was very distressed as she buzzed and was in pain and they came turnt the buzzer of and walked away right in front of us ! its a disgrace how they are treating her and the other older people around just because their old does not mean they do not deserve the best care! i could go on but im not going to be warned if your family member is put on buckland ward !
