"Hate this surgery"

This medical centre is awful! If you’ve ever been diagnosed with a mental health issue, stay away from this place! They take one look at your medical records see mental illness and palm you off with some poxy excuse that you couldn’t possibly be sick you’re just mentally ill so it’s all in your head. I’ve missed appointments due to being told the wrong time and arriving to find the nurse has gone home! I’ve been trying to get my daughter seen for weeks now with no one answering the phone, being hung up on by staff, or their latest trick seems to be leaving the phone off the stand so no one can get through at all, the problem I’m having with them right now while trying to call! I requested a female doctor for an appointment that was quite intimate (I have a condition involving my womb). I arrived and was called in to see a male doctor which made me nervous but I thought no, he’s a doctor, he’ll still understand etc. He said the treatment available for my condition was pointless for me which felt very judgemental and not like the best medical advice it was just based on his opinion of me. I told him I’m struggling to deal with the symptoms of my condition (pain etc) and his response was, in my opinion, appalling... he told me I just have to learn to live with it and then chuckled! Only one doctor in the whole place was nice and treated me like an actual human being but our appointment was cut short by another doctor coming in and interrupting my appointment. Awful place, I do not recommend it at all!!!!!!!!!
