(as a service user),

I just want to say thank you to all the staff involved in my elective c section last week. Everyone from the theatre staff to the midwives and other staff on the Maple   post natal ward treated us with care and kindness.   Communication was excellent and we were looked after very well. Thank you again.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment you received at Solihull Hospital.

It is lovely to read that you felt you received fantastic service and all the staff worked extremely hard under to ensure you had excellent care, so it is nice for them to receive the well-deserved recognition.

I will be delighted to forward your posting to the senior management and I will ask that it is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be absolutely delighted to read your positive comments.
