"Refused to see 16month old baby"

Visiting family who are registered at this Surgery. I was also previously registered to this Surgery for a number of years but have since relocated. 16month old had on/off fever for 5 days, loss of appetite and rash on his arm. Was told to drive to my own GP as we were within travelling distance, 55 miles away, 1 hour drive. I called my own GP who did not have any appointments available. I called Birchington Medical Centre who gave my son an appointment 3 hours later. Absolutely disgusting service from Minster Surgery.
