"First Class Care"

I have recently had a very upsetting experience at another hospital and came back to Royal Derby Hospital after being discharged from the previous hospital without a proper sling or a proper assessment of multiple injuries, I was also not provided with paperwork or medication and just sent home. So after always receiving a first class standard of care, I went back to Derby for help & they more than did the job the previous hospital was supposed to do. I cannot praise the staff at this hospital enough. They could not have been more efficient & caring. I felt totally safe in thier care despite such an horrific experience at another hospital. By the time I got to Derby I was beyond frightened but the staff immediately put me at ease. Please convey my thanks to the staff that treated me both in Clinic & A&E. Special thanks should go to the Consultant & the nurse that cared for me in A&E. I can also say with certainty that this was not a one off. I have to visit Derby for various reasons in different departments and not once has the care I have received ever been anything less than of the highest standard.
