What I liked

The efficiency, professionalism, courtesy and expertise coupled with friendliness which was apparent in every visit during my treatment for cataracts.

What could be improved

Car parking was occasionally an issue i.e. number of spaces available - once having to park a 25 minute walk away.

Anything else?

I would commend highly the staff whatever their functions. They were consistently excellent during numerous visits to the Royal Hallamshire, sometimes during testing conditions (refurbishment) and and occasionally dealing with somewhat 'testing' members of the public.

We are delighted to hear that you commend our staff so highly and will take great pleasure in sharing your kind comments with our staff in the Opthalmology team.

Our staff always appreciate receiving feedback from patients.

We are sorry to hear you experienced problems parking, this is an issue we are aware of as parking both at the hospital and around the surrounding area is limited. Where possible we do encourage patients to use alternative methods of transport however we appreciate this isnt always possible.
