"Minor Injuries Visit"

About: Solihull Hospital

I visited the unit for advice on a damaged toe.

From check-in with the receptionist through consultation, then X-ray, return consultation then to the nurse administering advice and dressing my fractured toe, the entire experience took less than an hour and was first class. Thank you so much for such a reassuring and professional experience.

It took almost as long to progress through the hospital site to the car park - please oh please try to improve traffic flow- car parking revenue surely can fund some kind of improvement, For anyone arriving for a timed appointment this could welll prove a very stressful experience.
