The last time I had to use the A&E department at Russells Hall, everyone had to wait for hours. Visited on 7th. May, everything has been modernised, waiting time, almost zero. Staff fantastic, what change, keep it up everyone yor're doing great

We are so pleased to hear that the service has improved since your last experience. Due to the nature of the Emergency Department, we are unable to guarantee a time scale in which people will be seen, however, our staff work extremely hard to attend to patients in the most professional and timely manner possible. It is excellent to hear of your positive experience, and I will be happy to pass on your comments to the team in the Emergency Department.
