"Trying to get a appointment"

I attended the grange medical practice on a wednesday morning to try and get a appointment to see a doctor to be told there was no appointments or telephone consultation as they had already been taken I did not even get given any advise as to a alternative. Phoned the next morning was told I would get telephone consultation, I received call from practise nurse half hour later and she was given the totally wrong information I feel there will be a mistake on the practice soon and a patient will end up in hospital. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
