What could be improved
The Human Resources department are rude and unhelpful. I was told they were too busy to deal with me, then never gave me a date that my request would be dealt with. .
Horrible service.
Anything else?
Appalling service. Wrote a letter complaining and received a reply which talked about financial difficulties.
