"A pleasant experience"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was a day case patient today on this ward. I found the staff very helpful, courteous, caring, considerate and above all professional.

The theatre staff were also excellent.

The hospital itself was easy to find although parking would be a problem later in the day. The ward was also extremely clean and had a calming atmosphere.

I had a very ‘pleasant’ experience - thank you.
