What I liked
The nurse who treated my son was knowledgeable, considerate, thorough and kind. Everything I could have hoped for. A much more personal and reliable service than that I had received at the bigger A&E in Hull. Excellent!
What could be improved
The only improvement would be to extend the opening hours of the unit, such a valuable service.
