What I liked

My doctor referred me to St Charles Hospital because my local hospital after nearly a month hadn't processed my appointment. Although I don't live locally it was fairly close to where I work, they were able to see me in a week so I took the chance.

I was very impressed, the clinic ran to time (no waiting), I was treated professionally and they were very caring and efficient. It's surprisingly easy to get to if you are coming from the South, it's well served by buses direct from Victoria, it's very clean and well maintained; I would definitely choose to go there again in preference to my local hospital.
