"A&E"

Normally a healthy 73 year old I have attended Yeovil A&E twice since moving here 9 months ago. On both occasions I was seen and treated quickly, efficiently and with care and concern. Once with a broken ankle which required quite a lot of follow-up - physio etc. and that too was a brilliant service. The second time recently resulted in requiring an operation shortly afterwards and again everybody was kind, helpful, patient and caring.

Where we lived before the hospitals were much larger, hectic and impersonal. It's good luck rather than good management that we are close to Yeovil but I am very pleased we are. Car-parking is easy, reception staff are helpful and medical staff are brilliant.
