When I visited all was well with the consultant and the X ray team, however when I tried to arrange the MRI scan the team just didn't seem to care, having been told they were busy, that someone was on holiday and that the person who interprets the scans only comes in on certain days (I guess that is common) I found that i couldn't arrange a scan to suit my circumstances, I was even told that they think that the consultant would want a report but they weren't sure (they never asked him).
Even though I was having to make inconvenient choices I would have still made them, however their attitude made me very unhappy and so i left and have stopped my treatment and found another provider.
Whatever the people think I have been to significant expense and lost time and did not take the decision lightly, especially as i am in pain so have no doubt that I believe it when I say I do not want to support an organisation who allow standards to fall in individual departments.
Having health issues is never pleasant and I expected at least the illusion of people to care abut my individual circumstances.
Your form talks about dignity and respect, maybe a refresher is needed.
"Didn't care (one team is all it takes)"
