"Change to the incontinence service for my son, with no consultation"

I was shocked to be told that the continence service for my disabled son, who is double incontinent at 15 yrs old with no mobility in his legs, learning difficulties and autistic was going to change without any consultation.

I also surprised to know that my health visitor who ordered and assessed my son for the continence product did not know about the change in the service themself.

The letter I received informed me that there was to be a change in the quality and quantity of the product. I was really surprised that this could be actioned without consulting me as the carer or my son's health visitor based at the local GP surgery.
