"Very satisfied"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / General surgery

I was recently referred to SAU Ward 14 by my GP.

From entering the ward I felt secure and cared for.

Firstly I saw the Triage nurse who was very kind and helpful and put me at my ease.

Secondly I saw the Sister on the Ward she too was absolutely brilliant with me.

I Was then referred to the Consultant who again put me at my ease and went out of his way to help me.

I felt completely looked after and safe.

Again the same experience the next morning at the SEAL Unit.

I had an operation and I can't praise the staff on both Units highly enough.

Thank you to all, especially that lovely caring Consultant and the staff in theatre.
