"Paediatric appointment with teenager"

attended clinic appointment on Kipling with my teenage daughter this week. First time we had seen the doctor and we were both impressed that he took his time to carry out a full and detailed examination and consultation. His communication skills were very good and he directed his questions to my daughter and carefully considered her symptoms and offered suggestions. He reinforced the plan of care and follow up. His explanations were clear and medical terminology used but with clear explanation. We did not feel rushed and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Thank you for your time and the positive experience. The clinic staff were all helpful and friendly and the clinic appeared clean and nicely decorated.
