My experience was really good, I learned how to deal with the things that triggered me to drink and how to deal with situations that were not of my making that also contributed to my drinking.
My counsellor recommended things and said things that sometimes didn't make sense at the time but I did find that I was using them without realising it which has helped me better than I realised.Staff were helpful, understanding and non judgemental and for everything I am grateful.Thank you.
