Of course I was anxious about this procedure but the two people who treated me were exceptionally lovely and with a sense of humour which always helps to relax you. David is an expert at what he does and explained everything fully. Maureen is very caring and helps to make you feel at ease as well.

Thank you for leaving such lovely feedback.I am delighted you appear to have had a positive experience and are pleased with the service we offer.

It's good that you appreciated the humour. Maureen gets fed up with me as she has heard the one liners so often now that she doesn't even groan.

With regard to the waiting time, we try our hardest to get to patients within their appointment time, but this is not always possible as you never know how long each operation will take until we have finished it.

Hopefully everything is progressing as planned and you are healing well
