As a person who is breathless and after receiving a TEXT message for the surgery asking me to make a appointment with GOP following a letter they have received,and still unable to get a appointment even when the COPD nurse has also rang absolutely disgraceful also the time it takes for the phone to be answered
"Unable to get appointment for over 2 weeks"
