"My time, my heart"

I have been getting short of breath for years and as an ex-army and a runner, it really upset me.

On investigation with my doctor, it was found I have a damaged aorta valve, which in time will need replacing. I have been to SGH a few times now having Echo Cardiograms done and seeing the heart doctors monitoring my condition.

I have never met outside the Army a happier, helpful and professional bunch of people in my life.

I was always treated with respect, even though I am in a wheelchair due to a back injury.

Thank you to all you highly professional guys and gals who I know have worked hard to get where they are and the knowledge they have massed.
