I would love to know why no one in the Leeds Hospitsal Trust can seem to transfer a phone call from the reception to a department. I have today been transferred to or been given 13 different exrensions and still havent got the right one!
It is very difficult to put my feelings about the way I have been treated in to words without having to resort to swearing.
