What I liked
The caring attitude of the nursing and ancillary staff made me feel well protected during a very traumatic time. The nurses were there when you needed them and they were a dedicated team that pulled together to help you through the nightmare that is breast cancer. I never got a chance to write in their book but I hope they read this and know that being cared for by them helped me through and I will never forget the extra mile that they went to help me and the patients I saw in there at the time.
What could be improved
Help for that team as they were driven by staffing shortages to move people from floor to floor at weekends.
Anything else?
Thank you to all of the team I am truly grateful that you were the hospital I was referred to.
"The best care I could have asked for."
