"My mum was in pain we had to keep asking for..."

About: Whiston Hospital / Accident and emergency

My mum was in hospital with a broken arm in a lot of pain, we asked for pain relief , all the time but where told we will get the nurses and we waited for an hour or so, we would have to ask again my mother crying out in pain it was heartbreaking to watch your mother in pain

And one nurses said to my mum her little six year old did not carry on like that when she broke her arm , and you are going in a room on your own so you cry out as much as you want because no one will hear you ,My mum was in this hospital for about six weeks ,my mother has got dementia as well ?..so so very sad these people are in a care work but don't care. My could not eat by herself they would just leave her food on the table with the lids on and rapper my mum has also got a dropped wrist and right handed I could go on with more things but I just hope no one else has to watch someone they love in so much pain

Why why would leave an 83 year old like this .
